I am fine-tuned to the ever-changing circumstances and customize the programs to fit into the program AND to every particular day. My goal is to educate my client so eventually she is equipped with fitness and wellness knowledge and technique to keep her healthy lifestyle without my help. I bring in fun elements like dance or martial arts based on my clients' preferences and keep sessions fun. I am dedicated to my clients.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:During first consultation I conduct diagnostic tests and discuss goals, schedule and program details.
Based on the results I design a customized wellness plan that will include cardio, resistance, flexibility, abdominal training and nutritional recommendations. Weight loss is achieved by creating negative caloric balance through physical activity increase and gradual caloric intake reduction. Stress management, adequate sleep, and hydration are all parts of the picture.
