What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:In general, the current trends in fitness are very positive for the industry. The traditional approach to fitness of slaving away in the gym is now slowly being replaced with a more holistic attitude with strong focus on diet and spiritual well being. The ultimate scenario would be for everybody to view keeping fit and eating well as a way of life instead of a chore that they force themselves to do. More and more people seem to be working out and this is certainly a step in the right direction.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:I believe it is very important for personal trainers to be able to “sell” a healthy lifestyle. By encouraging people to set goals, exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy diet, Personal Trainers are able to help these people transform themselves into happy, successful and positive individuals. The best Personal Trainers use their clients achievements and resulting happiness to help motivate others, just as a salesperson uses the benefits of a product to sell it to their customers.
