Why have you become a trainer:At 44 years old with a 3 year old I have two wishes. To be able to play ball with him when he is in High School and to live a healthy and enjoyable retirement. I constantly meet clients (who become friends in most cases) that have the same wish and I am more than happy to help spread my knowledge and expertise to them. I enjoy working with people and the greatest satisfaction I get is seeing the best come out of people, reaching goals and living a better lifestyle.
Describe your own workout program:I constantly change my workouts throughout the year, main reason...to condition my muscles for growth. 3 months a year I train for strength, low reps high weight, 3 months a year (in my "off" season) I train 3 days a week with a split routine, next 3 months will be combination of power sets to increase strength and endurance and when I am preparing for a bodybuilding show I will incorporate a mass building routine of 10-8-6 reps along with cardio 6 days a week and of course strict dieting.
Why should a client train with you:Many people find that I am very personable and easy to get along with, a trait I have inherited from my Dad and am very proud of. Having many clients has helped me stay sharp and focused throughout the years. I am honest, to the point and will never lead anyone down the wrong path. If for some reason I feel I can not help someone I will refer them to someone who can instead of misleading them. My success if based on their success. That is my main initiative!
