What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake I see people making while working out is not having a plan. I see people every day walking around the gym, and randomly choosing exercises without any particular reason.
I think every one of us must have been that person, at least at the very beginning of our journey. I truly believe that our own mind is our biggest obstacle. We need to raise our self standards and improve faster by working more efficiently.
Not planning is planning for failure.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:It's amazing how many people refuse to take significant action to help themselves. Spelling out the results and benefits that a trainers service is going to deliver is somehow not enough to convince people that personal training will be worth their while.
If the trainer doesn't sell training, and that person fails, or just settles for mediocrity and not making progress; that trainer never got the opportunity to help.
A good seller is not necessarily a good trainer.
Why should a client train with you:I'm passionate about what I do. I love it. I love helping people. I'm a competitive person and take a lot of pride in being the best at whatever I pursue. I genuinely care about each person that I help. I've been the out of shape, overweight person with a success story. I learned what it really takes through experience. I am always looking for ways to improve, new things to learn, and better ways to pass this knowledge on to others.
