Why have you become a trainer:I have been working with friends and private individuals as a workout partner and trainer for the last ten years. I first began strength training during the early Arnold days. I started out wanting to lose weight and get back into shape. I loved it so much I decided to share this with others and since I am 53, I want other older adults to know they can succeed.
What is your training style:I prefer one on one or one on two situations where I am working with either an individual or a set of partners (husband & wife, buddies, committed life partners, etc.) I am comfortable in either a gym or your private home setting and am available seven (7) days a week. I can either work with your equipment or provide equipment based on your needs.
In general, please describe your experience:10 years of training experience with local students and friends, helping them to attain their specific goals. I am currently working at the RiverPlex facility through the Peoria Park district where my services are available to both members and non-members. Fees for that facility are set by PPD, but at-home training fees are negotiated by me with the individual clients. I can also develop Sports Conditioning and Body Building programs for clients with those specific needs.
