Why have you become a trainer:I became a personal trainer, because I once was overweight and I had to hire a personal trainer for help. I tried many methods to lose the weight before having to hire a trainer. Personal experience and knowledge of what anyone can achieve even if it's to be as fit as you want to be or just have generally better health, I believe and know it is possible. I have the confidence in myself and my clients that success is just inches a way!!
Why should a client train with you:Train with me and you'll only get the truth about fitness and being fit for life. No matter what your goals are. I want you to know what I know. I am very attentive to my client in achieving all around fitness, it's not just exercises. I focus on all four elements of fitness which are strength, flexibility,endurance, & most important of all NUTRITION!! I have no problem being a 24 hour trainer!! I am a Certified PERSONAL Fitness Trainer..Your goal is my goal.
In general, please describe your experience:In the 6 years of personal training and nutrition consulting, my primary focus is on total physical fitness. I've competed in several bodybuilding and fitness shows and through my knowledge and experience in competing, I've learned how quickly the body can transform. Proper nutrition and training is the ket element in total body transformation. It's amazing how you can maintain your competition physique for life. It's not just about the show , it's a lifestyle you can commit to and keep.
