What is your training style:"Exercise is Medicine"
My approach to training integrates functional therapeutic exercises with non-traditional exercises to improve optimal performance and conquer health and fitness goals. A variety of exercises ranging from proprioception training to uni-lateral training keeps my clients and their muscles from boredom and maintains a steady improvement to a healthier and more functional tomorrow.
Why have you become a trainer:I became a personal trainer because of the love I have of helping people become better physically and mentally. I love what I do, I do what I love and I wake up every morning feeling this way. The satisfaction I receive when a client or an individual tells me that I have changed their life for the better cannot be put into words. It is a natural high that I get and cannot get enough of. Being a Fitness Professional is not a job for me, it is my career.
