Describe your own workout program:My own workout plan has to be efficient. I only have so much time in the day as a Fitness Director with over 100 staff, 2 children and a spouse to support, and a little bit of me time. Efficiency is all it truly takes for my workout. My goal is to be a healthy individual both mentally and physically. I plan my workouts for the week and I have to modify the time or day due to unexpected occurrences then I take that time for me. If I do not take that time for others, others will pay price.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:I definitely think a personal trainer should be a good sales person because if they cannot explain to someone how they can help them succeed with their goals and the benefits they can create in their life, then they are probably not the person to help that person. I have been a trainer for 10+ yrs, I never really looked for clients because they looked for me. I told them about myself and I sold my sales pitch without it being just a sales pitch. I want to help people & it shows.
Why should a client train with you:A client should train with me if they want a structured program. If there is no structure in your routine. I can help. The knowledge and background that i have is not what you will find in every trainer. I care about helping you and that is why I do this. I want to take my knowledge and help you succeed with your goals. The goals for my client have varied from college athletes, fat loss, motivating families to helping cancer survivors. If I am not the trainer for U. I will help U find a trainer.
