What is your training style:My training style is to motivate and get my client involved as much as possible. I attempt to educate my client. I am very stern and hold my clients accountable in their quest to reach their goals. I am known for having workouts that are very much challenging but also a lot of fun. My clients stay happy, because most believe they probably could not accomplish some of the things I have them do safely on their own.
Why have you become a trainer:I come from a family where most everyone has weight issues. On my mothers side, my great-grandmother, great-grandfather, grandmother, grandfather and mother were/are diabetics. On my fathers side, cancer and high blood pressure were the silent killers. I did not want to have these problems at a young age, like most of my family members. Training 4-6 days a week has helped me ward off these problems.
Describe your own workout program:I would consider my workout program very intense. I train in some capacity 4-6 days a week. I just started doin my own full body workouts 3 days a week. Those full body workouts consist of 2-3 sets and 6-12 reps each of exercises like deadlifts, rows, bench presses. I also do snatches, push presses and leg presses. I do exercises like barbell curls and triceps extensions for arms. On non weight training days I do interval training or maybe just a long walk. Boxing is also fun.
