Why have you become a trainer:Becoming a personal trainer was a passion of mine since I was 13. I never really thought that I could be successful and have a career in health. I was an overweight kid that was regularly picked on about the way I looked. As I started working out I saw results and as the results came so did my persistence to keep training. Soon I was lean, strong, and full of energy. I also played sports every season, but was never really noticed until I started using free weights.
Why should a client train with you:I bring every element of fitness to the table. I have worked with clients with systemic, othropedic, and cardiovascular health issues. I have the knowledge to work with anyone. I train people with the same copassion that I put into my program and workouts. I wouldn't want someone to workout with me and not get results because that would directly reflect on me. My credibility is always on the line and it's up to me to make sure that I am always giving my best .
In general, please describe your experience:Early in my training career I started working with the non-athlete or even the non-exerciser for that matter. I was working directly with a physical therapy clinic that would refer clients to me to keep their exercise program going. I had to adjust my programming to more of a medical fitness routine rather than a high intense fitness program. Now I work with clients of every kind. I teach a senior's class age's 60-89 and love every second. I have also got a client on the cover of a magazine!
