Why have you become a trainer:I am a trainer because exercise has changed my life. I almost dropped out of college as a miserable person but started to exercise with weights and cardio for body recomposition and that motivated me to work harder in school and achieve my bachelor and Master's degrees in exercise science.
I currently consider myself as THE BEST personal Trainer in the SF BAY.
What is your training style:My training style TOTALLY depends on my clients needs. The type of training I prefer to do is rapid fire. Functional weight training mixed with core exercises and cardio exercises creates one session packed with calorie burning fat melting, lean muscle forming intense exercise.
I train my clients, progressively, functionally, and individually.
In general, please describe your experience:I have experience from training Division 1 NCAA Athletes to teaching a weight training class at a community college consisting of mostly 50+ people. I also have worked with kids, which I love and now I work primarily with professionals. I have trained in corporate gyms, private gyms and now a private fitness studio. My clients progress is monitored meticulously via my website with pictures, measurements, and session tracking. I also have worked with people's diets.
