What is your training style:My training style is a functional training workout combined with core stability and balance training. Clients go through an assessment and consultation and see where they fall in the training program. This information helps me design a specific program to the client that will meet their needs and specific goals. Clients should train at least once a week to see the best results. The more a client trains per week the faster results they normally see.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make when they workout is not working out hard enough to get the results they want. Some people do not even work up a sweat when they workout. The main goal is to keep your heart rate up in its target zone through the entire workout. The main goal of strength training is to fatigue the muscle in order for it to increase metabolism and grow. This will help in weight loss. People also tend to do the same exercises over and over which causes the to plateau.
Why should a client train with you:If clients are looking to get results and always experience a new challenge doing it then they should train with me. My goal is to always challenge my clients and take them to the next level of fitness. It is also very important to educate my clients to help them not only physically but also mentally. Changing exercises continuously will not allow the body to adapt and the client will see the best results.
