What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:For men over 35 years of age, not enough muscle specific warming up. For women in general, not using a trainer with years of practical experience. For teens, improper form. For the obese, lack of proper diet, and practical aerobic, both in the form of weight training, & cardio. For young males, age 18 to 33, who want to "bulk up", improper or no wrapping, belting, and spotting combined with lack of a program that WILL get results. For older adults, over the age of 60, consistency and nutrition.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:I come from a family that has deep roots in the community, with backgrounds in the health & fitness industry spanning 40 plus years. I'm a former body model, & open level volleyball player. I am a Thai stretching specialist. I own my own gym, & mobile training facility - WorkOut Bus.com . I'm an avid outdoors trainer, specializing in aggressive hiking & hybrid biking, & we supply the bikes! At 44 years of age I weigh a lean 165lbs, as I did in H.S.- 25 years ago, & can still rip off 25 pull ups!
Why should a client train with you:Experience from a practical standpoint. There is no substitute for years of doing something everyday, weather it's weight lifting, volleyball, or body modeling; having done it over my life time gives me the insight to avoid injury, and get results for my clients. When I built my gym, I used the absolute best equipment,& I use that same approach to building your body, be it from the right types of nutrition, to implementing the best form, to designing the right program for your specific needs.
