What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make while working out is they stop when they start to feel the burn instead of working through it. You need to do at least 3 or 4 more reps to get really good results. They count total reps they have done instead of reps after they feel the burn. The burn tells you the muscle is changing and re-shaping so the more you can force yourself to do the better results and faster the results you will get.Work through the burn as much as possible.
Describe your own workout program:My workout program will change every 4 weeks.I will do a 4 week program of dropsets then 4 weeks of push-pull, then 4 weeks of circuit training, and so on. I'm always changing my routine so I won't hit the wall and stop making gains. Every 8 weeks I take a full week of of weight training and do only cardio so that my muscles get a good 7-8 days rest and recovery. I'm also changing up my cardio programs as well every day I try to do something different from the day before.
In general, please describe your experience:I started working out 20yrs ago to help with my golf game and I've been training since then. A few years ago I started thinking about training for a living and I have been running my own business since then. Over the years I have worked with may different trainers and have taken a little something from must of them and development my own style of training. I feel like I can better help people that want to drop weight, gain muscle, or train for a sport like golf, tennis, or basketball.
