Why have you become a trainer:I enjoy the process of helping people to meet their goals. I began my own business with the ideals that I would be able to provide a highly customized routine for each individual. I use detailed fitness evaluations to help design and monitor the program. It is fun working with a diverse clientele. I encourage people of all ages and fitness levels to get started today.
What is your training style:I try to adapt my style based on the personality of my client. Some people work better with a strict and demanding approach while others prefer a more nurturing atmosphere. Either way...I am very supportive. Boot camp style workouts are available upon request. Meet with me regularly...or on a consultation basis...depending on your time and budget concerns.
In general, please describe your experience:I began my business in 1992. I started out part time...but I've been doing it full time for the last 9 years. I work everyday. My schedule varies...but I can take clients between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. I frequently travel to client homes...but now I do much of my training at my own home. I have worked with fitness beginners and experienced athletes. I offer classes to small groups. Monthly discount packages and gift certificates are also available.
