What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:The biggest mistake people make in working-out is not being constant with diet and exercise. Being healthy and reaching you fitness goals is not a some of the time thing you must make the right choices constantly to reach both long term and short term goals.
Have you done any volunteer work:This past summer I volunteered at the University of Tulsa as a graduate assistant in the strength and conditioning department. It lead to a paid GA position for the rest of the summer. During my time at TU I worked with the football and women’s basketball teams.
In general, please describe your experience:When I was in high school I weighed 330 pounds and was over 30% body fat. I was able to get my weight udder control through diet and exercise. Now I 225 pounds and have body fat percent under 10%. I have used the past 10 years to educate my self on nutrition and exercise for my own use and for the success of my clients.
