Why have you become a trainer:I am a trainer because I receive great satisfaction from helping people achieve their fitness goals. I also feel a responsibility to the community to help wade through all of the false information that is given by the media on weight loss, diet, nutrition and exercise where there is mass confusion about what to do to get RESULTS.
What is your training style:My training style is based on kettlebell training. This style of training is a little more 'hard core' but currently I have clients ages 9-63. I keep everything SIMPLE so that someone can come in and see realisic changes but LIFESTYLE changes that will stick with them. I will assure you that if you follow what I have you do, you WILL get results.
In general, please describe your experience:I actually started weight training 13 years ago and was so intrigued I read everything I could get my hands on regarding fitness and nutrition. I then went on to study exercise science in college. I started at a major health club in Minneapolis as a personal trainer for the first year and a half and was able to help 100s of people reach their fitness goals. Now I train at a personal training studio where we continue to affect many people on a daily basis.
