What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Well first of all, consistency is key, of course. I find that most people who train without a trainer tend to work hard, but will very often fall short of applying 100% of their capability. They tend to stop applying themselves when the exercise gets challenging, rather then max out their potential. I get my clients to tap into that last 10-20% of reserve potential that gets them the excellent results they want.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:As a Personal Trainer who is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, and with a background in Physical Therapy (PTA degree), I tend to view the body from a slightly broader, perhaps more holistic view then some other trainers might. So I always employ a therapeutic approach at the same time, especially addressing common issues such as back pain, neck pain, arm or leg pain, etc. Massage Therapy can also be utilized to allow a client to receover from their workouts much much faster.
Why should a client train with you:Clients want results. That is what it's all about. I guarantee them that they will get far more results training with me then they would ever get on their own. Training technique is always paramount. This ensures and reinforces the "safety first" golden rule, while simultaneously promoting more rapid physical adaptation to the exercises.
