Why should a client train with you:I have over 20 years experience working with clients ranging in age from 20 to 60. I have a proven track record of success. I also include many different methods of training which include elastic tubing, kettlebells, stability balls, steppers, bodyweight exercises, as well as conventional barbells and dumbbells. By including enough variety, I keep my clients motivation high so they continually make progress. Also, if you have any concerns you can speak directly to my clients.
In general, please describe your experience:I have trained a diverse population which includes seniors, athletes, and people with physical limitations. I have also trained people with diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. My experience has taught me that a workout and nutritional program must be tailored to the individual, and modified as that person;s well-being and physical capabilities improve. I have also worked at Bally's before starting my own business as it taught me many aspects of running a business.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:I would assess their current condition based upon their health questionnaire, taking into account any physical and/or physiological limitations. I would then construct a workout and nutritional program accordingly. Then I would monitor progress weekly and make necessary adjustments, because just as a workout program must be changed periodically so the body keeps adapting, so to must the nutritional program change.
