What is your training style:My training style is fun and easy going while also structuring challenging workouts for my clients and maintaining a high level of professionalism. I believe in keeping workouts new and fresh and challenging. My clients feel at ease with me, and they know that they will always finish their workouts feeling physically challenged and invigorated. I am open and honest about lifestyle changes that need to be made in order to achieve personal fitness goals.
Why have you become a trainer:I became a trainer because I am passionate about health and fitness and the vitality that it brings to our lives. It is the foundation from which all of our health stems, including mental and emotional well being. It is CRUCIAL to a full, happy life, and I want to get that message to as many people as possible. I truly believe in the saying that if exercise could be put in pill form it would be the most widely prescribed drug there is.
In general, please describe your experience:I have a B.S. Degree from Texas Womens University in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, am CPR Certfied, worked at PVH Hospital as a relief Exercise Therapist for five years, and have been personal training for 10 years. I hold two certifications, ACSM and AFAA. i trained at the Dallas Cowboys Training center in Valley Ranch Texas for one year, and was an Exercise Specialist for Verizons Corporate Fitness Center in Dallas, Texas, where I implemented the Triple Fitness Challenge program.
