What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:Intensity is the biggest mistake. Most people do not know what kind of intensity they should be working at to achieve their desired results. If you change your intensity you will minimize the potential injuries and burnout most people go thru trying to achieve their results. Over 70% of gym members are working out just to maintain their current fitness. So, if you are trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or lose body fat......well INTENSITY is the key and the proper intensity gives you results
Describe your own workout program:STRUCTURED......I have incorporated my same principles that I use in my own workouts to everyone else. All my clients know what they are doing on an everyday basis. I still have clients that have left to play sports and they tell me what they are doing for their training and I know exactly what phase they are in and what they are trying to accomplish. So, we go over conditioning, muscular endurance, muscular strength, muscular hypertrophy, and cardio. I have less burnout and quicker results.
Have you done any volunteer work:I have done work with CASA - Child Advocates of San Antonio, and with local baseball/softball organizations. Fitness seminars for raising money and working with MLB Washington Nationals camps, plus with players from TMI, Antonian, Holy Cross, Burbank, Southside, and Marshall. We will continue our outreach to more venues for the upcoming years. It pays to give because the good Lord will return your good heart.
