What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:When looked at objectively most people's activities/exercises do not make sense when compared to their needs/wants. The different components do not fit together. I do not expect most people to know and understand and to be able to apply what is needed to achieve their wants and needs. People who decide that it is important to them to improve would improve the most by hiring a qualified individual/or qualified individuals to help them attain their needs and wants.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:In a perfect world the better a trainer is at training the more people would desire to be trained by that trainer.In reality most of the individuals who should be doing most of the training, based on how much they can help people, do not make it in the fitness industry.Only a rare few of the these individuals get the chance to really demonstrate what they are capable of.But a good salesman who is physically naturally gifted can be very successful as a trainer even without being a good trainer.
Why should a client train with you:I dedicate myself to a client who trians with me. I focus on the needs and wants of the client/trainee. I very carefully continually assess, plan, and adjust according to the plan the training to most benefit the trainee/client. I make sure that everything included in the training has a purpose. If something is included it is there to best help the client/trainee with the needs and wants of the trainee/client.
