What do you think about the latest trends in the fitness industry:For the past 2 years, i have gained experience in the health and fitness industry and have witnessed the power of success through personal training that has changed client's attitudes and beliefs about this industry. trust on supplements, session time. clients doesn't trust you because they haven't the results yet. build up client's trust is the only way for this industry, when clients are encouraged to believe in themselves through successes in physical results.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:food play important role as everyday training, loosing weight in one day? losing weight is a goal, but the way is to have a health life style, health food style, that's what personal trainer should suggest and encourage their clients to have. breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner, one apple make big different with a cheese burger. fruit salad can help client save $55 dollars for a extra session. the body will get enough food, its just you feel hunger because you use to it.
