Why have you become a trainer:I enjoy seeing how the results my clients achieve through hard work and sacrifice affect their lives. They become not only physically stronger, but more fit mentally as well. Higher self confidence, superior work performance, better relationships with family and friends, and a more positive outlook on life as a whole are among the many benefits which come from adjusting to a more health conscious lifestyle.
Describe your own workout program:My own workout program consists of proper nutrition, and a 5 day a week workout program. I practice what I preach. The training is intense and I always push myself to the next level from workouts to nutrition. Failure is not an option. Health and fitness is how you live your life. I have made the choice, fitness is not just what you do, its how you live. Live it and love it. The choice is yours.
Do you think a personal trainer should be also a good salesman:No I don't/ A trainers job is to motivate people to work with a trainer so that the person can get great results and get in shape. A poor quality trainer may call it high pressure but a Real Personal Trainer that is the best at what he/she does, will sell a person on the benefits of training w/ a trainer and getting in shape. A good trainer will convince the person to purchase sessions BECAUSE they will build value and show the potential client that they absolutely can look better and live better.
