Why have you become a trainer:The need to treat the human body as a temple and the fragility of our health were made apparent to me at a very young age. After playing water polo for Indiana University - as well as in London - I became involved in bodybuilding and fitness for sport-specific training. Throughout the past 7 years, I have developed a multi-faceted approach to health and fitness. I emphasize nutrition and supplementation as the foundation for optimal wellness.
What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:I am much more than simply a personal trainer. I am a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and the Chief Operations Officer of Fit 365, an all-natural and organic complete nutritional shake. Also, I practice what I preach and educate other trainers across the nation on how to live up to their highest potential and best service their clients. Contact me to learn more about me and our services.
Why should a client train with you:In order to be most successful in achieving the health and body you've always wanted, all of the following must be addressed: Nutrition, Supplementation, Resistance Training, Aerobic Training, Flexibility Training, Internal Fortitude (One's Inner Drive), Stress Management. Why Strive 4 Fitness: We educate our clients on how their body works vs. how a piece of machinery works. Clients individualized programs are based on heightening strengths and correcting weaknesses.
