Why have you become a trainer:To make fitness easier. Too many people are given the impression that being healthy is hard and time consuming...that it requires a ton of discipline and deprivation. No wonder so many try and fail. Fitness should be a fun PART of peoples lives, not be their lives. My mission is to help everyone make fitness a constant, and to make it a legacy for their families. Becoming and staying fit and healthy isn't hard if you have a good plan, know what to do along the way, and stick to it!
Why should a client train with you:Most importantly, because I teach clients to make fitness fit into the lives they already lead. Research shows that the more things a person tries to change they less likely they are to succeed. I don't want my clients to give up any part of their lives. It is far better to make their fitness practices fit into their lives...and succeed! Ideally, I teach my clients to make their current practices work for them. It's amazing how much can be accomplished with small strategic changes.
