Why should a client train with you:

You should train with me because I have diversified experience and the applied knowledge to realize your goals. I not only give clients the tools to attain a desirable body, but I teach them how to get that mind/body connection which transcends our workouts and permeates their lives as well. I offer nutritional counseling along with my regular training at no additional cost because I want you to see results and feel good about the skin you are in!lasting effect

In general, please describe your experience:

I am nationally certified in personal training, group exercise, pilates, kickboxing and CPR. I am certified, qualified and insured. I have both male and female clients and my focus and emphasis is on technique, proper nutrition (not dieting) and results. I am a black belt from the dojo of Master Billy Blanks 7th Dan and creator of Tae-bo, I have a degree from the University of Florida and have been an athlete all my life. While in L.A. I trained pro athletes, celebrities and the general public.

How would you help an overweight client lose weight:

1) Overhaul their nutritional plan 2) Work on (reprogram)their mindset (regarding fitness and health) 3) Cardio, cardio and more cardio 4) Interval Strength Training 5) Circuit Functional Training 6) Treadmill circuits 7) Positive counsel and reinforcement of goals There is no formula for success. It's repetition and lot's of hard work. I try to keep the sessions fun - while being challenging and holding a certain intensity level.
