I will push you to your limits and make sure we reach the goals that we will set together. Describe a particularly challenging client you have trained:I'm willing to work with any client at any level. The training becomes challenging when the client begins to slack off or loose self motivation. I'm here to help push and motivate, but in order for me to do that you have to be willing and present. Its always the hardest in the beginning, but when those results start kicking in, you will only get more and more motivated. So never give up! Just keep on pushing!
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:The fist thing i would do to help an overweight client loose weight is to measure their body fat to give them a starting point. Then i would explain to the what the word "metabolism" meant or if they might know already. I would explain the the more lean muscle you have the more calories your body will burn at rest. So our main goal is to build muscle and make your body become a fat burning machine!
