What other skills do you bring to the table besides your training experience:Other skills besides fitness & exercise skills I bring to the table include motivation and inspiration. I find that once a person decides in their head that they want to accomplish their goal(s), it all falls into place after that like a domino effect. It becomes easier to achieve their goal(s). Plus, I find that exercise must be fun and enjoyable, which also helps to make attaining one's goal easier.
Why should a client train with you:I have over 25 years fitness and exercise experience, including a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering. I also won the 1987 Mr. Arizona. All of my education is calculus based and involves extensive knowledge and application of the human body systems. This knowledge and experience gives me ample knowledge to assist me in helping my client's accomplish and achieve their goals with maximum results and minimum time and energy.
How would you help an overweight client lose weight:In order for a person to lose weight, they must increase their metabolism via diet and exercise. I would first start by learning about what they eat and then modify their diet to more effectively increase their metabolism and energy levels. Then I would start them on an exercise program specialized for their particular body, usually starting with whole body workouts, then tailoring the workouts with respect to their body and the speed that they reach their goals.
