What is your training style:From the beginner, who is just starting out and needs to tone and firm up, to training the marathon runner, boxer or martial arts fighter, I can help anyone achieve their fitness goals. My training and coaching experience combined with my natural exuberance for helping people and creativity, allow me to help anyone in creating and following a personally designed training program. Every regiment is specifically created with the individual in mind, to help them reach all of their fitness goals.
Why should a client train with you:Over the years, I've learned that good personal trainers take into account the needs and goals of their clients. Everyone's body is unique and personal fitness goals can vary drastically from one person to another. A good personal trainer must listen to their clients and push them to reach their individual goals. With direct focus, hard work and training, I believe everyone can achieve what their mind sets out to do.
Describe a particularly challenging client you have trained:I have trained children to senior citizens and clients of all ages in between. Every individual has a specific need and goal no matter how big or small that may be. I have trained clients with artificial limbs and joints, as well as with arthritis and osteoporosis. From training obese children to teenagers who need to add muscle to make the football team, I feel that every client presents a unique challenge.
