Why have you become a trainer:I train because I have seen the difference it has made in my health, my body and my outlook on life. My determination to lead a healthy,strong life without relying entirely on the use of medication has become my passion. I enjoy helping others take control of their bodies and gain energy and strength that they did not know they have.
What is your training style:I concentrate on core strength through the use of stabililty balls, resistance bands and free weights. I believe that strengthing the core should be the foundation of any training program. I also use a combination of cardiovascular drills and weight bearing/resistance exercises to improve endurance, increase strength and create a lean,toned, healthy body.
In general, please describe your experience:Fitness and Education have always been a part of my life. I have a strong dance background as well and have performed as a part of a traveling dance troup. I have gained personal training experience by working in Gold's Gym, and in private training studios. I have also taught group fitness in community centers and in coporate settings. I have also served as a presentor/featured speaker at health fairs, club meetings, and seminars.
