What is your training style:Starting an exercise program can be a very intimidating experience, therefore,the basis of my personal training is to first provide a comfortable, welcoming environment for every client. I also believe in active listening with emphasis on education and positive support. I encourage progressive modification in the clients lifestyle, but at the same time making the workouts challenging and enjoyable.
Why have you become a trainer:I became a personal trainer because I have a passion for health and fitness and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience to help others enjoy the benefits of an active, healthier lifestyle. I enjoy the freedom of creating my own schedule, being my own boss, and having a career that I am passionate about. The money is good too, but I think helping people is the real reward. I also enjoy the education I receive that helps me to actively change lives of my clients, friends, and family.
