What is your training style:My training style is aggressive. I push your personal limits, and really force you to challenge yourself. I feel that in order to get the most out of every workout you have to challenge yourself just as much mentally as you do physically. If I can challenge your mental focus, you physical focus, and limitations will be lifted. I try to train all my clients like athletes. It is a fast paced training situation.
What in your opinion is the biggest mistake people make while working out:People do not pay enough attention to form. I see to many people in the gym with horrible form. They do not realize that they are doing more harm then good with bad form. It is really hard to isolate a muscle group when your body is not in the proper positions. When you have bad form your bring a lot of injury possibility into your workout. Try to really put yourself in really good position. You may have to sacrifice weight, but it is better than an injury.
Describe your own workout program:Since I also play professional golf, my workout changes daily. I do medium weight loads, with a minimum of 25 reps, and 3 sets per exercise. I do a lot of mobility, and speed training. I try not to do too many exercises traditional sitting down. I really challenge my balance and form through out my workouts. Because golf is such of unnatural movement my training is very dynamic, and also has a large focus on injury prevention.
